SOUTH FLORIDA ARCHITECTURE

Heritage Landing Clubhouse and Amenity Buildings is a multi-building recreational and hospitality complex completed in 2025 in Southwest Florida. The scope includes a central clubhouse with commercial kitchen and dining, fitness center with spa amenities, tennis center, pro shop and cart barn, and an open-air chickee-style bar pavilion. The project was designed by South Florida Architecture to support community-scale circulation, operational efficiency, and Florida Building Code compliance. Structures incorporate durable coastal materials, shaded outdoor spaces, and programmatic separation to enhance user flow and long-term functionality.

  • 20,808 sq ft clubhouse with expansive indoor dining, bar, and outdoor seating areas

  • 9,199 sq ft Pro Shop & Cart Barn featuring retail, offices, storage, and cart service facilities

  • 7,873 sq ft Fitness Center including aerobics studio, massage rooms, sauna, and salon

  • 2,891 sq ft Chickee Bar with outdoor bar service and dedicated kitchen support

  • 8,890 sq ft Golf Maintenance Building with workshop, offices, and equipment storage

  • 1,730 sq ft Tennis Center with pro shop/lounge and covered veranda

  • Dedicated golf course and pool restroom structures supporting recreational amenities
